1. Cold transfer printing
This kind of printing can achieve good obverse and reverse permeability, meet different levels of environmental protection requirements, all kinds of fastness are higher than other printing methods, soft hand feel. Suitable to print complicated flower pattern.
2. Water printing
Water printing permeability is good, fabric handfeeling is good and there are multi ways to proceed water printing. But it can only print simple patterns, the hierarchy is not strong. As its printing version is mostly nickel mesh plate, so the pattern is not delicate enough. Due to its printing process is directly on the fabric printing, so its fabric loss is also on the large side.
3. Heat transfer printing
Heat transfer printing pattern is vivid, stable quality, high rate of authentic, and short produciton time. But heat transfer printing penetration is very poor, hard handfeeling, it seriously affects the feel of the fabric, and will make the surface of the fabric shiny, and color will gradually fade with time obviously
4. Digital printing
As it’s electric engraving version printing, so its delicate pattern printing process is transfer printing this will make the printing loss to the least. Digital direct spray printing advantages: high pattern imitation, good reproducibility, suitable for small order, high rate of authentic, not subject to set of colour restrictions.
