1. Nylon spandex swimwear fabrics are obtained by blending or interweaving nylon filaments or short fibers with spandex, which have the characteristics and strengths of each fiber. Although the texture is not as durable as Lycra fabric, its elasticity and softness are comparable to Lycra. It is currently the most commonly used swimwear fabric, suitable for mid-priced products.
2. Polyester spandex swimwear fabric—Polyester fabric is a chemical fiber garment fabric used in daily life. Its most significant advantage is that it has good wrinkle resistance and shape retention. Therefore, it is suitable for wearing in the sun. This digital printing would be used for Polyester spandex fabric because the melting point is much higher than Nylon spandex fabric. It is often used for separates swimming suit.
3. Lycra is a human-made elastic fiber with the best elasticity. It can be stretched 4 to 7 times freely. After the external force is released, it quickly restores its original length with excellent stretch. It is suitable for blending with various fibers to enhance texture drape and wrinkle resistance. Lycra with chlorine-resistant ingredients will have a longer using life than ordinary swimsuits.
