Mesh fabric

The mesh size and depth of the mesh fabric can be woven by adjusting the needle method of the knitting machine according to the needs, such as our common diamond, triangle, hexagon, and column, square and so on. At present, the materials used in mesh weaving are generally polyester, nylon and other chemical fibers, which have the characteristics of high strength, light weight, high resistance, low temperature, and good moisture absorption.

Knotted mesh fabric has a uniform square or diamond mesh, knotted at each corner of the mesh, so the yarn cannot be pulled apart. This product can be woven by hand or machine.

Common materials: polyester, polyester cotton, polyester nylon.

Fabric characteristics:

(1) High elasticity, moisture permeability, breathability, antibacterial and mildew proof.

(2) Wear-resistant, washable, and meet international environmental protection requirements. Mainly used in mattress lining, luggage, shoe material, car seat cover, office furniture, medical protection and other fields.

According to the nature of outdoor and sports activities, the inner layer of jackets and sportswear, mountaineering bags, uppers and inner linings of some shoes will be lined with mesh. As an isolation layer between human sweat and clothing, it prevents moisture from being extremely tired on the surface of human skin, maintains smooth air circulation, avoids wear of waterproof and breathable membranes, and makes clothing more comfortable to wear.

The mesh used in some high-end clothing also uses fibers with moisture absorption and perspiration function to woven fabrics. Due to different design concepts and manufacturing processes, some jackets use a three-layer composite fabric with mesh directly attached to the inner side of the breathable membrane. According to the needs and characteristics of use, some equipment also uses a mesh with a certain degree of elasticity, such as the outer side of the mountaineering bag, which is woven from strong stretchable fibers such as elastic yarn (adding a certain proportion of Lycra fiber). The elastic mesh fabric is used in the water bottle, sundries mesh bag, the inner side of the backpack, and the shoulder strap.

Mesh is a special upper material used for shoes that require light weight and breathability, such as running shoes. Mesh fabrics are mainly divided into three categories: First, the main material mesh, used in the exposed areas of the upper surface, is light and has good breathability and bending resistance, such as sandwich mesh; second, the neckline accessories, such as velvet, BK cloth ; Third, lining accessories, such as tricot cloth. The main characteristics are wear resistance and good ventilation.
