The general weight of 4 way stretch fabric is from 120gsm to 260gsm, and the width ranges is from 140cm to 150cm. Among them, polyester four-sided stretch fabric is suitable for printing processing, such as swimsuits, sportswear, etc. but nylon four-sided stretch fabrics have a better comfort feeling, so nylon-spandex four-sided stretch fabrics are mostly used for plain-colored products such as underwear, dress, inner linings of the garment. The conventional component ratios are from low to high according to the elasticity, mostly 92/8, 88/12, or 90/10, 80/20.
Features:
1. High strength. The impact strength is 4 times higher than nylon and 20 times higher than viscose fiber.

3. Good heat resistance, no deformation at high temperature. Good light resistance. Lightfastness is second only to acrylic fiber. The surface is lubricated, the internal molecules are tightly placed, and the molecules lack a hydrophilic structure, so the moisture regain is very small and the moisture absorption function is poor.
4. Corrosion resistance. It is resistant to bleaching agents, oxidants, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products, and inorganic acids. It is resistant to dilute alkali, not afraid of mildew, but hot alkali can make it differentiate.
5. Good abrasion resistance. Abrasion resistance is second only to nylon with the best abrasion resistance, better than other natural and synthetic fibers.
Disadvantages:
1. The color fastness is generally not high, especially black.
2. The color is easy to be inaccurate, and the problem of chromatic aberration often occurs.
3. It isn’t easy to control the hair elasticity and weight.
